OK, I just watched the video. I've seen this before. Some African dude. We don't know what exactly this man did, but I know Tyler Oliviera certainly exposed several of these People Who Annoy You causing problems in Shinjuku recently. I really want to see more of this, but the claim that he's being arrested for being an aberrant Muslim is probably misleading.
