"According to the Talmud, a fetus is not considered a full human life (nefesh) until birth, and its destruction is generally not classified as murder. Before 40 days, the embryo is described as "mere water" and has the most limited legal status; after 40 days, it is considered part of the mother's body (ubar yerech imo—the fetus is as the thigh of its mother) but still lacks independent personhood. Abortion is permitted in cases where the mother's life or health is at risk, as her life takes precedence over the potential life of the fetus. The primary source for this is the Mishnah (Oholot 7:6), which states that if a woman is in hard labor threatening her life, the fetus may be dismembered and removed to save her. Once the greater part of the fetus has emerged (typically defined as the head or most of the body), the fetus is considered an independent life, and it may no longer be harmed to save the mother. While the Talmud does not explicitly address elective abortion in the first two stages (before 40 days and before active labor), later rabbinic authorities have generally interpreted the texts to allow for abortion in cases of severe physical or psychological distress, rape, or genetic defects, though some opinions restrict this to early gestation. The Talmud also notes that even in cases of capital punishment for a pregnant woman, the fetus must be aborted before the mother is executed to avoid the disgrace of a post-mortem miscarriage, indicating that the fetus does not possess the same status as a born person."
The Roe v Wade reversal is awesome, but in my mind and soul, I would rather die in childbirth of my innocent child. I already have had a miscarriage and I hope to meet him someday. I would never kill my unborn child to save myself, who is unworthy. Thou shalt not murder is a commandment. Why is a baby different? They deserve to live far more than I do. A life is a life brought by God, and all souls are equal value. Our choices determine where we go.
The Zionists use the Talmud as a framework for their theocracies (correct me if I am wrong), and this is the framework for the laws influenced by the same people. Why are our innocent children subject to murder when they can't control their circumstances? God allowed their creation, let them live. Even if I was raped or the baby was incest, that is still a precious human life. Everybody has their struggles and circumstances, and this is probably radical of me, but I just feel like it is all wrong. Where does Scripture support any of this? It doesn't. This is just more and more Moloch sacrifice.
The connection to Moloch is the real reason the democrats see it as sacrosanct.
Just an FYi: The Talmud began taking precedence over the Torah during the 2nd century AD. Why then, you ask? Because the Christians were using the Torah as well as the gospels as worship and to teach about the Savior.
that and prior to the temple destruction (70ad), the temple priests knew Yaweh wasn't present in the holy of holies or the priestly duties. they knew they had to create another system (they still hated Jesus). enter the oral traditions and thus the talmud- been that way ever since. you are not saved being born hebrew (jewish). Jesus' proclamation was also a warning (john 14:6) No one comes to the father except through ME. no birthright citizenship in Yahweh's kingdom!!
The Talmud had been present before that, the shekinah glory left long before Christ was born, before the jews were taken captive.
The jews were infiltrated by idumeans/edomites and we know what happened next.
The Talmud was satanically inspired, so there is that.
And satan cannot create life.
"This is just more and more Moloch sacrifice."
YES!
And how has womanhood been so perverted as to accept and celebrate it?!? Woman who is basically designed by Nature and Nature's God to protect that life!
I feel the serpent is successfully seducing Eve daily, and Adam is looking aside.
This isn't about the tree of knowledge, it is about killing one's OWN progeny! Even Darwin can't account for that!
