Not all is back to normal. The banner remains "diminished" -- no center Q medallion to quickly go to the Hot post sort, no username to go to your comment-post history easily and no lightning.

Update: This appears to be a cache issue on my device. I checked GAW on other devices and it's back to normal. Thanks to anon Deaf_MAGA_Pede for their advice on this.
