Ironically, this is exactly how Coke tastes in most of Europe. The Coke tastes like Pepsi. Pepsi tastes like RC. RC tastes like Sam's Choice Cola.

It has something to do with some recipe ingredients for sure but also outsourcing the licensing in some places. In LV our Coke cans used to have printed on the can "Enjoy a Coke Inspired Beverage" kek.
