Send low flying cruise missiles across Finland(so everyone can see them) to destroy drones. If Finland gets pissy, send one to their military HQ. If NATO starts yapping, send unarmed drones at very low altitude over the presidential homes of every country that complains, tell them the next one will go BOOM.
