Do you trawl the internet looking for anything negative to say about NATO and Europe?

Who exactly is the expert being quoted here? He’s neither American or European, so why is it any of his business?

Shouldn’t a Pakistani be more concerned with the lack of a functioning sewage system in his country, before commenting on matters related to Civilised Countries?
