That is what I have been saying. At this point, the primary thing we need them for is the basing. When they denied us that for this conflict they opened up a can of worms. Trump will have to lock up basing and transit rights for all of NATO whenever we want.

As compensation for not supporting the US, we should get Greenland and Diego Garcia.
