This is Nebraska. 2 weeks ago, my husband was arrested for singing “God Bless the USA” on our front porch because our Muslim neighbors called the cops on him since they were within earshot and were “threatened” by his singing. He was handcuffed and taken to jail. (twitter.com)

Presuming the story is true (but as it is non-verifiable, tbh I don't really believe it is given its in the usa. UK & rule Britannia or god save the king? Sure that would be par for the course here):

No charges were filed by the prosecutor according to the post, so it's not like someone actually went to prison. The bail money can even be reclaimed.
Why aren't they countersuing for harassment? To my knowledge this is basically SWATing in low grade form.
