The AES Facility Explodes

Their contract finished, and someone makes a special flight there, the very next day. No return ticket, so assume they carried something back home in a car.

There could be a motive for blowing the place up, collecting insurance monies, etc. However, all, or some (16) of the folk who designed and built the 'splodin thingie, were killed in the factory demolition.

The explosion occurred two days after detailed public discussion of miniaturized explosive devices concealed in communication equipment, and weeks after the contract became subject to online scrutiny.

Something to make one go hmmmm.

I wish I could remember where I saw this so I could post the source, but one of the most interesting things I've seen in this whole thing was a "sound wave analysis" of the bullet's path.

From the alleged position of the shooter to where Charlie was sitting there was a significant error in the sound waves, but if you move the trajectory to Charlie's right (to the left from the perspective of the crowd facing him) then the error drops to near zero. This source showed pictures of an SUV parked there with the rear hatch open before the shot and then closed afterwards.

Seemed like a plausible way to capture a real bullet as a decoy. There are so many threads to pull on it's hard to say for certain what happened IMO.
