This shit has been going on for decades (over a century, and really longer, though in a different way). These "new extra charges" are not adding on new things, they are revealing what has already been going on for forever by the Monty Python effect ("over the top" or "exaggeration" satire).

Sometimes you can't TELL the public the truth.

YOU MUST SHOW THEM.
