Any company that lays off American employees should not have access to the H1B visa lottery for at least 5 years. Preferably 10. Protect American Citizen’s jobs!

My friend had to train his replacement over six months or leave at once. Devastated he trained, but only made it four weeks. He said it was like digging your own grave.

It was a high end software job, in NYC. This was under Obama.
