I knew a bunch of Jews who served in the Navy with me. They have their own chaplains, just like the Christians and Muzzies do. I wouldn't necessarily call them highly skilled, though. Or even smarter that is goys. They're just better at coolevtively protecting and helping each other to succeed.
In college, I routinely saw Jewish professors grade papers on a scale according to religious preferences. If they figured out what your religious preferences were and it didn't align with theirs, grades would suffer. And if anyone called them out, they would routinely hide behind anti-Semitism, so the school would be forced to admonish the student and side with the professors. The same tactics are used by the woke leftist professors, too. This forces the more conservative minded students to stay quiet and keep their heads down for fear of retribution. It's why I couldn't force myself to continue. I tired 3 separate times, with 3 separate schools, and each time I couldn't get out of the second semester before quitting. Forced me to give up on some dreams of mine.
