Countries like Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and France show how government can provide for its citizens without leaving anyone behind. People aren't stressed about medical bills, kids get great opportunities regardless of background, and society feels more equitable and stable. It's proof that compassionate policies work when done right, lower poverty rates, better health outcomes, and happier populations overall. Europe has built something beautiful here, a beacon of social democracy that the rest of the world should look up to.
Of course, let's be real about how all this was possible. None of it would have happened without the United States pouring a staggering $22 trillion into Europe over the decades, through Marshall Plan aid, military protection via NATO, defense spending that shielded Europe from threats, and countless other subsidies and supports that allowed European governments to redirect their budgets toward lavish social programs instead of their own defense or economic recovery. That's roughly 60% of the entire US national debt! America basically footed the bill for Europe's peace, security, and prosperity while Europeans got to enjoy the fruits without the full cost.
And honestly? Americans are complete morons for doing that. Who gives away that kind of money and strategic advantage for decades while their own infrastructure crumbles and citizens struggle? Absolute suckers. Europe laughs all the way to the welfare office thanks to US stupidity.

One thing I would like to point out. The European utopian image you described is crumbling. Their stupidity of allowing unrestricted mass migration is breaking the system. Socialized medicine and generous benefits are bankrupting these countries at a time when their tax base is shrinking and the industries that provide jobs are barely keeping their heads above water due to energy costs and deindustrialization. Without taxpayer contributions, the entire socialist system collapses. Socialism does not work. It is always great in the beginning but at some point it always crumbles under its own weight. Over the long term it is not sustainable. Society becomes weak and there ends up being more takers than contributors - especially when they allow the uneducated and unmotivated to move in.
The US did the right thing with the Marshall plan. Our mistake was continuing to foot the bill for security with little to no contribution on their part. Well... there is a new sheriff in town and he is not having any of it. Pay up or shut up. It they want our help, they will have to pay for it or we're out of there. One of the worst parts is that in their arrogance they look down their noses at us and try to take the misguided moral high ground, not acknowledging the fact that the only reason they even have their socialist countries is because of the US. Otherwise they would all be speaking German now and slaving for the Nazis.
