This seems like window dressing given what we know...then again, we really don't know shit.
I say that wondering the relationship between city of London and Pakistan - from a sober, "let's cut the bullshit" perspective...
Following the money, we know CoL is responsible for controlling Iran and the Strait for over a century. Only they have the final say.
It all boils down to how hard Trump is twisting their nuts in a vice and if they've got enough lube to slither out...
