Pam Bondi was the equivalent of a middle reliever in baseball. She wasn’t good enough to start, but was good enough to fill in for a little while. POTUS knew her capabilities and limitations when he appointed her. He got what he needed from her time as AG and decided to change pitchers again.
All of these articles based on old political conventional wisdom act as if President Trump has no vetting skills and no strategy for employing role players. If I believed these articles I would probably close out my account here and focus on building an off grid homestead. If these type of articles are right then we are only living in a brief window of hope, but we’ll never see the fall of the cabal.
She was the optic to string criminals along with an illusion of safety through the time needed to set the battlefield. I think your analogy is correct.
If this is true, then Bondi should not be getting the hate she is receiving right now. If she was/is a place holder, then she has done a good job. She has completed the task that Trump set out for her.
My point of view is if President Trump is actually making bad choices, we’re wasting our time here. But, I don’t think he does or says anything random, he always has a target. So, no, we’re not wasting our time.
This is a military operation, compartmentalization is the key. Pam did her job and it’s time to change rolls. DOJ doesn’t have the capacity to handle the cabal and all their minions.
I would like to recommend "Release the Kraken" Powell for the new AG.
