Yes, he was still at Trump Tower at the time, talking to a reporter. He was criticizing Obama’s way of telling everyone of his war plans before taking action, with Trump saying, “that’s STUPID!” I’m sure the video is still somewhere in YouTube but it’s hard to find nowadays.
