It's been legal to distill at home for personal use since 2024 in WV.

Although I know for a fact it was basically unenforced prior as long as you didn't sell it. Had a neighbor who made some incredible shine.

Yes and home crafted medicine - e.g. soaking cloves in moonshine to apply for toothache, is way better than storebought stuff.
