I just love how "BILLIONS" of dollars is thrown around so casually when California is involved in some bullshit...

Meanwhile there are people among us that have to put shit back at the grocery store because they can't afford it...and EBT fudge rounds ahead of them keeps dropping $9/box of Texas toast out their second heaping cart of free shit...
