My assessment is that Q returns when victory is nearly assured, when The Plan is entering the mop-up phase of mass arrests and prosecutions. The purpose is to more explicitly give sense to the happenings (habbenings!) thereby snapping the base into messaging coherence, which spreads to the more ordinary Trump base. This includes confirmation of who are fake MAGA influencers who need to be ignored and discarded, some already suspected some still concealed. This coincides with a larger media shakeup.
