They may allow Jews to exist in Iran, but they're still required to pay the jizyah because they aren't Muslim. And they're still considered second class citizens, at best. No voting rights. No property ownership rights. Forced to register with the State so the State knows where each and every one lives. Targeted for persecution.

That is incorrect.
Article 13 of the Iranian Constitution explicitly designates Christians as a recognized and protected religious minority.
Article 64 guarantees Christians three reserved seats in the Iranian Parliament.
Israel has zero laws or constitutional protections for Christians.
