Desperately all needed. I worked in executive financial recruiting for awhile. Recruiting VP level and above for Michigan was exceptionally difficult because once out of state talent realized how bad Michigan schools are they'd pump the brakes.
That’s a crazy connection most people don’t know about. Cesspools don’t attract the best candidates.
