I dont think President Trump wants to kill Iran's infrastructure. He will do it if there are no or very few options available, yet i think he wants the Iranian people to see America as their saviors from tyranny and if we blow up their roads, bridges, oil production, etc. they will begin to resent America. He probably has a host of targets available that are far away from civilians yet are vital to the regime, thus those palaces will become rubble and less sensitive infrastructure will be targeted. If Iran has solar panel farms, they will be gone.
