Heck, what about the prodigious number of lefty judges in our system? Bringing a case does no good when the judge can just toss it out on a minor technicality. Plus, where will the cases be held? If on the coasts the jury pool will probably be lefty oriented and if in Wahington DC the jury will undoubtedly be liberals. Can there be a true unbiased trial for these criminals? The only way is the military. But I doubt there are enough military judicial officials who can hear the sheer number of cases, unless the trials are only a few minutes long.
