what colony turned state was the boston tea party held in? so it would look to
me like the powers that be are just pushing little by little and then will act surprised when the people react physically to the tyranny being pushed down their throats.
15 minute cities sound so good to the left, until they realize in most large urban areas, it takes more than 15 minutes to get from one neighborhood to another in the same city.
I have been saying for a few years now, nyc is likely pushing for lower speed
limits with the plan to eliminate actual cars from it's streets and only allow vehicles
that are similar to golf carts in the name of safety. your daily allowable range to operate a vehicle will be limited to the low mileage that a golf cart would have. for example, you could dive to all your local appointments, like doctor, lawyer, grocery shopping, and what ever, but you would not be able to use that cart (for lack of a better descriptor) to the mountains or the beach house for summer vacation, or drive across country to visit the national parks or anything. only the wealthy that can afford a real car would be able to do that, but they would not be able to drive such heavy vehicles in the cities because they would present a danger to the locals in their fragile golf carts. think of how all the seniors in places like the villages in florida are doing these days, with their golf carts. those seniors driving them do not leave their neighborhoods, but they still have legit automobiles for when they need to....
wow, wall of text really build up. let me know how crazy, off the wall my theory is....
