Help with Mark Elias changing document, DC jury letting him off

Hey, didn't it pertain to the original FISA that started the whole Trump / Russia hoax? He wound up being tried for changing the document that made it do a 180 degree turn regarding actual events. Of course, a DC jury let him off.

Does anybody have that info handy? Thanks.
