Open Doors, which I have linked in my comment, makes a verifiable claim that Communists and Islamic states are the worst persecutors of Christians, with Hindus following a distant third. Check the links below. If you're not a fan of Open Doors, Voice Of The Martyrs is likely to have similar stats.
