No, Im saying Qatar pays an allotment of 180k every single month to *Lumen8 LLC aimed at a variety of global media endeavors and it would appear that Rebecca Diaz Bonilla apparently files FARA receipts for aforementioned media managing company: Lumen8 LLC.

Im not arguing whether or not it was a puff piece. And if it was, what's the problem? Qatar is in a number of long standing military and trade contracts with the US Govt and private companies. This isn't the gotcha that you're trying to frame it to be.
