Uranium for civilian use in power plants ranges from 3%-5% enrichment. Some small experimental "modular" reactors can use up to 20%.
Iran's stockpile is at about 60% and has NO civilian use. The only use for 60% enriched is to continue enriching towards 90+% for use in a bomb.
