Not saying healthcare isn't overpriced, but being taken somewhere in an ambulance isn't just "riding in a vehicle". Why would you even call an ambulance if it's the same as taking a bus? Not to mention it's a round trip with a licensed driver carrying one or two trained paramedics, potentially communication back to the hospital with a specialist, consumables, the cost of a specialized vehicle, equipment and training, etc.
I know AOC and her effeminate sidekick here would have trouble grasping a concept like this, but I expected more from the kid.
