The others are from Glendale according to other articles. Armenian mafia. They also get hooked up to gov't subsidies as soon as they arrive. Fun fact: Glendale, CA had the highest car insurance rates in the state.*
*That title is not a constant, but they're always way up there near the top. But they have a lot of stolen cars and non-injury accidents. I'm going to guess these geniuses wanted to get in on the insurance fraud action, but were connected with an upholstery shop instead of a traditional body shop.
