Almost everyone has learnt how to solve simultaneous equations, where you have multiple unknown variables, and multiple equations.
You start by combining equations and eliminating variables, one by one, until you are left with ONE variable, and you will find its value. Then you insert its value into other equations and figure out what the values of all the other variables are.
Of course, if there are more variables than equations, you may never be able to solve them.
The world we live in an unknown world with millions of variables, and the truth has been hidden from us by design.
In this world, everything you see could be a mirage. Good might look bad, bad might look good. We cant take anything in its face value. Everything is an unknown. But does it mean we cannot solve for these unknowns and start building a good idea of what the truth is?
You can approach this the same way you would approach the simultaneous equations. Only, instead of a few variable, we have thousands of variable.
So you need to start eliminating all these variables, based on your observations and critical thinking, until you are left with one variable.
That variable is TRUMP.
He is the only one who has stood the test of all these equations. Whenever the fog was think and you were confused as to what he was doing, and later looking back as that fog cleared, what did we see? That Trump was right.
No matter who went against him, what was thrown at him, what was offered to him, no matter what, every time the fog cleared he was the one who prevailed.
Is it possible that this world has no solution? Quite possible. If thats the case we are all doomed already. But if we have hope for this world, then TRUMP is the cornerstone who has withstood everytime, and obliterated all other variables encountered so far.
So here is my sincere advice, purely from an amalytical perspective. If you come across a new variable - no matter how shiney it looks, dont judge TRUMP based on that variable. See if you can solve that equation by holding TRUMP constant, and you will be surprised how clear everything will be.
Use this approach everytime you are confused by something, and I promise you, you will see things clearer.

A set of algebraic equations which cannot be specified sufficiently to be reduced and solved: for too many variables, too much variability, vs. diffy-Q equations over time or space.

The Q+ plan seems to be more than one set of diffy-Qs. Rather a set of them over the solution space based on war-gaming all possible situations / outcomes. IF THIS, then THIS decision model, etc. etc.
Trump is not "variable" so much as flexible; the plan is not "variable", rather differing responses by Trump of the PLAN as it evolves, over time and space.
This is an analogy. I have no idea if they are using diffy-Qs or some advanced decision models I have never heard of. But it is sensible enough for me to TRUST THE PLAN!

Yes, the modelling calculations do come to a "solution". That has been the case since Galileo started this. Kepler proved him wrong.
2 SIGNS:

The continuation, the daily efforts of companies to service customers and yield turnover and profit, are forces or powers exerting influence.
Within a closed system, represented by 1, has residues in our languages: the walk vs the walking. The breath vs the breathing. The Take vs the Taking.
Within an enclosed system, there is determination, the identification of elements, the calculus and calculation of those unknowns.
Coming back to the yearly sheets, putting several years in a row, I could use that to make calculations, for instance, to calculate the chance of such a company going belly up. Or, whether such a company is worthy of credit and to what value. I can allocate threshold to the answer of these questions:

How about an open system? In effect, it is a contradiction in terms. A system is by default closed, limited. The word system by itself gives it away.
The best we have, is an outlook, a view.
Transformation is such a view. It has no predefined outcome. It is dependent upon quite a few individual choices and forces, exemplified in the other 22 futhark runes.
2 FATES:
What we see happening, is that certain people, have elevated a couple of objectives as the rule: profit. In order to maximize this, they have set up, what we call: international rules based order. It is a hybrid of business and politics. Simply peruse the Rockerfeller: Trilateral Commission, and you see what that looks like. Or the member-list of the Atlantic Council, or the membership list of the WEF and its young global leaders.
And the policy decisions these people always come to, is not freedom but as freedom posturing removal of choice. These people create closed systems, not as a means for life, but a means to control, to profit. And for that to happen, you need to be in bondage.
These people then, cannot ever allow you, or anybody else, to escape an enclosed system. At best, you can hope to be a coloni, a mansi or worse: a slave.
In relation to your post: within an enclosed system, Trump indeed represents a force unaccounted for, and identifying it for its effects, undesirable. Because the effect is transformation.
Only life can transform. Dead decomposes, and is not transformed but falls apart into its constituent elements. What is untethered to life, liberty will eventually break apart.
