There is a misunderstanding here. Most people are thinking, OH NO, THEY INJECTED THEM WITH PESTICIDE!

The lawsuit is over a technique used to eliminate specific genetic issued during the recombination process.

It's less like being injected with pesticide and it's more like the lawsuit is over which way you turned the screw when building something because someone patented turning that screw in that direction 15 years ago.
