I believe one of the reasons they were let go is because of their probation status - especially being Federal employees. Probation periods are much looser when it comes to termination. Once someone is on a permanent hire basis it almost takes an act of Congress to get rid of them.

Add on the judge's who let rists and mudeters walk the streets. Any of these judges also need prosecuted as accomplices. Just firing is not enough.
