The document is extremely well written -- in prose, structure, and clarity. I was impressed. I also enjoyed the pointed, but polite, pokes at previous administrations.
Trump's military actions make a lot more sense once you have understood the military's current big picture strategy. On this point I concur with the Promethian Action ladies.
