Department of Defence??? Why not the Department of War? Monday morning every administrator received a hand delivered envelope?? Which Monday morning was that? This past one or a Monday from last January? Plus since only four administrators spoke out about the letter in a unraeveiled web site, how did the author know what was printed on all the pages.

Im sorry, but I smell something fishy.
