We had a four or five inch round cutter with a wooden handle.
As "Oven Man" it was my job to cut the pizzas when I pulled them out of the Baker's Pride ovens.
My pizza parlor used the traditional pizza knives, worlds better than those round wheel things.

And everybody did almost everything, except make the dough and the sauce. We pushed, sauced, topped, cooked, sliced, and sold.
