Well, he was on a suicide mission, knowing he would probably be shot and killed. Probably wanted to tell his family and the world why he was doing this. By definition : A manifesto is a public, written declaration of intentions, motives, or views, typically issued by an organization, political party, or individual to announce future actions or beliefs. It outlines core principles to inspire change, often using formal, persuasive language.
I think crazy people would just do it. They wouldn't write this down all the time.
They would snap and do it. You wouldn't get a written down reason all the time.
If you capture them alive. They might say something like "XYZ is just a threat that the world needed to deal with".
