They didn't start talking about in the semi-open until 70 years after Lincoln's death. The general cabal fuckery has been going on for centuries at least. If you look at the fall of the Roman Empire and the Great Replacement being currently attempted on the West, it looks eerily similar.

If Lincoln had survived and repatriated the freed slaves back to their ancestral homeland, the cabal wouldn't have had the first ethnic group to turn into a protected and subsidized class. I'm not certain it was part of the plan, but it definitely helped.
