These people are STUPID!
Someone will quickly come up with an ap where people can trade these coupons for real money, or something like that. I remember in a former soviet country years ago that had an "official rate" for their currency & the real rate (which was less or even much less) which was what someone on the street will pay for it.
It's another form of oppression, smh.
