I would guess a significant amount.
It would be difficult to argue that one is constitutional and the other unconstitutional.
Virginia is expected to pick up an additional 4 seats, if the injunction is lifted. Which seems likely going by what just happened in Texas.
California is also redrawing their maps and are expected to pick up 2 or 3 new seats
NY is planning on voting for redistricting and if they win, that will most likely be another 4 or 5 seats for them.
Maryland and Illinois are thinking about voting on redistricting as well, I think, or have their legislature decide, if they don't need to have it pass a vote.
