You say teachers are getting fired for their opinions. Perhaps, although when they choose to act on those opinions they become fair game. I choose to believe they are being fired because normal people don't want those people teaching our kids their ideology. The only things her type is good for is strengthening the home school movement, and letting us know to ignore or avoid her before she ever speaks a single word. Who says advertising doesn't work?

Oh - one point. Every teacher affects (good or bad) way more than 30 or so people. They could teach for many years, they could see 100+ kids per day depending on what they teach, and their students could pass on to siblings, friends, or parents the things being taught. I'd like to see these types of teachers stopped, just as much as I'd like to see all the pedo and rapist teachers stopped. All of them affect our kids.
Also remember there is still a WHOLE side that needs to sew that bad stuff in order to end these stupid conversations. I thought it wasn’t left vs right.
