Um, he’s been indicted by a grand jury which means that there will be a trial and if found guilty, he’ll be either locked up or fined depending on what the charges are and how the jury rules.

Seems like a weak sauce charge, but it might be narrative shielding to hide that he has been/is cooperating witness against Brennan. Brennan would likely have Comey killed if it was obvious, imo.
