Comey’s property will not be forfeited because his income, his wealth of estimated $11 million came from Lockheed Martin & Bridgewater Associates, and from book deals. Comey did not profit from his Instagram post, if he had, then money gained from the proceeds of the alleged crime could be forfeited.

Could Comey be sued by Pres.Trump for a whole of money? best to let the prosecution prove the crime first, win the November elections, and continue cleaning out the Swamp
