I don't know, but I do know that I haven't found a black person ever who has actually read the entire Emancipation Proclamation. They are all surprised when I point out that the slaves in New Orleans, Norfolk, and other places were exempted from the proclamation. Hopefully, they read it later.

Obama is less than half black, especially if his "mentor" is his real father.
