She is ignorant and also stupid!
Stupid actually means the same thing, a lack of knowledge. She is unintelligent, meaning her brain lacks the horsepower to even use knowledge.
Whatever words you use to point out people like her, I will agree with them. As long as people understand they are not here to help anyone but themselves.
