Yup this is fake.

No, the post is not accurate or current. It's misleading because it repurposes older footage of President Trump signing a funding bill or continuing resolution (CR) from late 2025 or early 2026 (likely the November 2025 deal that ended a longer shutdown or the February 2026 short-term package) and presents it as a fresh victory on or around April 30, 2026.
