Someone please show me the sauce on the true meaning of fringe / no fringe. Fringe has been on indoor ceremonial or stationary flags for years, where did the alternative meaning of this originate other than on boards like this that discuss deeper meaning of events and circumstances. I’m open minded but just like some kind of understanding here and I know I’m not alone. Did Q weigh in on this, I can’t remember…
