It is ridiculous that we have allowed foreign entities to own our land and we have been doing it for decades. It drives prices up for average Americans to the point they can no longer compete with those that walk in and pay cash from overseas through proxies. Many of those Chinese owners are not even in the country.
Also include countries,that do not allow americans to own land.
Like Mexico.

Lots of American companies are buying up land to get carbon credits,and pricing out people. At least in Pennsylvania....
That is true. That whole carbon scam is keeping Americans from being able to own property in their own damn country. Gates is notorious for it.
One more thing that needs fixing,after we fix the bigger issues.
