I followed 'AJ' from his first day in the Austin BMV for reasons. I had already met him before, but I'll spare those details.
He takes underground discovered truths, and 'reveals' them with a spin (lies) to gain CONfidence. The shaman dances in the skin of his adversary (shills) and then runs him off the cliff like buffalo as strawman. Burning Man in effigy.
Agreements made in court tv make any legal charade moot points....including 'perjury'. And that was never charged against him.
FACT IS.........AJ's defense had NO DISCOVERY phase. Your OPINION about it non-withstanding. Live and learn

You linked me an OPINION and the OPINION is not even about whether AJ had a DISCOVERY phase or not.
Its an OPINION about how not to make errors like AJ's attorneys apparently did. In 2022. AFTER 3 years of discovery from 2018 to 2021.

The OPINION was about the FACT that to F up the discovery as Jones did in FACT, is about the dumbest thing he'd ever seen and unless you're a fool or in cahoots with a corrupt justice system, you should never be such an idiot as to sabotage your own discovery phase. You're welcome.
