FACT is: Both parties didn't 'allow' it due to intentional sabotage. The phase didn't happen and was scuttled due to the arranged 'agreement' between the two, the opposite of justice and a prime example of Kangaroo Court.

How's that law degree coming?

This word concession. I don't think it means what you think it means. If I stated that AJ is a LARP and tanked his own case (with help from corrupt judge), that wouldn't be a concessiion. If you now understand the truth in it, you'd be the one in concession.

You don't need a corrupt judge to tank a case. Defendant can do it on their own just like AJ did, just like I have been saying from the beginning.

You can look up any dictionary to see what Kangaroo court is. No, its not about defendants throwing their own case.

Oh, and all the personal attacks just confirms to me that you are a sore loser. Thanks for that.

I took care to not make any 'attacking' statements as you could confirm if you gave it an honest review. If you find the shoe fits, good on you. You seem to now concede my assertions while countering your original position. After I showed your personal attack and asked you to move on, you like to bait me once again by aligning with my statements, yet pretend I'm wrong and providing no proofs. Period. Is that the way things should go here? If I couldn't handle it myself, I guess I could go crying to a moderator to stop baseless harassment.......oh......wait......
